Learn to Use the tBlock

The tBlock can be used with a wide variety of yoga poses to help progress into the poses safely and accurately. The tBlock is designed to allow for a neutral position of the wrist to prevent pain and injury as well as offers more comfortable and stable support compared to traditional foam blocks.

Guidance from a Physical Therapist, Personal Trainer, Athletic trainer, or medical professional is recommended to ensure safe and correct use of the tBlock If used incorrectly injury may occur. If you experience severe pain or swelling after use of the tBlock, stop using it immediately and see a medical professional for evaluation.
